Update 27th August - Whilst we are starting to see an improvement in delivery times, please be aware some orders are still being affected by issues caused by the "Pingdemic". Please see the link below to a statement issued by our courier Tuffnells;
Please be advised due to the ongoing covid-19, and track and trace app situation, driver shortages, and staff shortages at delivery hubs within courier networks are causing our deliveries to be delayed. This coupled with ever-increasing volumes of parcels being delivered is putting huge pressure on courier networks. Our carriers, Parcel Force, DHL and Tuffnells are all experiencing the same issues.
We appreciate this is extremely frustrating, especially whilst the weather is so nice and customers want their orders in order to enjoy this exceptional weather, but please understand we are working flat out to get your order to you in the quickest time possible.
We are still dispatching on a next day service as usual but due to the issues stated please be advised your order could take 2 or even 3 days to reach you. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause, but we really have no control over this, and we are working with the couriers as best we can.
