How long does delivery take?

Most items are held in stock at our distribution centre in Manchester. If you order before 1pm, you can expect these in-stock items to be delivered on a next working day service. Items that we do not hold in stock can take 3-5 working days or up to 10 working days depending on size, weight, and stock availability with suppliers. Please check product pages to see individual delivery estimates, or consult our Delivery & Returns page for in-depth information.

Where will you deliver to?

We offer a free delivery service to mainland UK postcodes (excluding some remote areas such as the Grampians and Highlands). For deliveries outside of the UK, a surcharge will apply. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.

How do I cancel an order?

We operate a 7-day cancellation policy meaning you can cancel your order up to 7 working days after the day you made your purchase. You must email info@allroundfun.co.uk to cancel your order and if necessary, arrange your item’s return. To find out more, please view our Terms & Conditions in more detail and refer to section 9.

How can I return items?

If you wish to return items that have been delivered to you, you must contact All Round Fun at info@allroundfun.co.uk to arrange the return at your own expense. All items must be returned in new condition and repackaged in their original packaging. To find out more, please see our Delivery & Returns page.

I have not received my order, what do I do?

After you place your order, you will receive a consignment email that details your delivery information. This will include a tracking number for you to track your parcel. Please use the courier website to track your order before contacting our customer services team, who will be happy to assist further.

Have you received my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from our customer services team. If you haven’t received this email, please check your junk folder. If you need the email to be sent out again, please contact us and we will arrange for it to be sent out.

Can I add something to my existing order?

If your order hasn’t already been shipped, you are still able to add to your order. Please contact us via telephone on 0800 043 0437 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday to speak to friendly members of staff.

I bought a timber product from you and its appearance has changed over time. Is this normal?

The wood that is used in our timber products is FSC approved, giving you peace of mind that the timber is sourced sustainably. It’s completely normal that timber will react to changes in atmospheric conditions, and at times, splits and cracks may occur as the timber expands and contracts. This will not affect the strength and durability of any piece of garden furniture or play set.

On some of our play centres, Everkote and Durawood is used to heavily coat the timber in a layer of plastic. This has a lifetime warranty against twisting, cracking and warping.
