Delivery & Returns
All Round Fun will deliver products that are in stock on your chosen delivery date (excluding Sundays or Bank Holidays. Saturday is charged extra). To request a day for delivery simply tell us when ordering over the phone, or use the special delivery info box when ordering online during the checkout process. You may also use this box for any other instructions you wish to pass on. All customers are contacted prior to despatch, informing of delivery, courier and consignment number.
All orders are FREE delivery to mainland England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Grampians & Highlands, charged at the relevant rate displayed during the online checkout process)
Some more remote areas including (but not limited to) Highlands, Scottish Offshore and the Isle of Man, may require a further surcharge, and are 3-5 working day delivery. Please call the office to check.
Normal delivery times are between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Orders for Next Day delivery recieved before 1pm being delivered to mainland England, Wales or Southern Scotland will be delivered the next working day. Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the next working day and delivered the following working day.
For example, if you ordered at 12pm on Monday your order would be delivered on Tuesday (or another day if requested). If you ordered at 1pm on Monday your order would be despatched on Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday.
Some items will be despatched direct from manufacturer as we cannot hold everything in our own warehouse. These items are usually delivered in 3 working days to the whole of the UK unless otherwise stated. Some items direct from the manufacturer may incur a surcharge to certain postcode areas. This is completely out of our control and charged directly by the manufacturer. This will be indicated during the online checkout process, alternatively, we will advise you, by email, following receipt of your order.
Saturday or Morning (7am-Noon) may be available depending on your location and may be selected during the online checkout process or requested over the phone. This service may not be available on orders dispatched direct from manufacturers.
Your telephone number will be passed to the couriers and will only be used if there is an emergency, or to book-in the delivery if necessary.
Please find below some important instructions when taking delivery of your item from the courier.
1. Your product is quality checked before leaving our warehouse in perfect condition.
2. Do not sign for the goods unless you are satisfied they are in perfect condition eg packaging & contents, if you do sign as IN GOOD CONDITION, then no claim can be made at a later date.
3 If there are any signs of damage, to either the packaging or the product you must sign for the product as DAMAGED, this is critical to any claim being made.
4. If the contents of the box are damaged you need to notify our customer service team on 0800 043 0437, or by email to [email protected], at the earliest opportunity. Photographic evidence will be needed of any damage for us to properly deal with a damage claim with the couriers to [email protected]
5. if you request the goods are left at a neighbours or somewhere else & no signature is obtained, we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever.
All claims for damages must be made within 3 days of delivery otherwise a claim will not be accepted. It is your duty to check the goods upon arrival.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions clause 3-15. All items are brand new and will be delivered boxed. Our couriers operate an all day service and are unable to provide a specific delivery time. Requests to avoid certain times of the day, for example school runs, can be made when placing your order and we will try our best to accomodate your request with our couriers.
Please ensure you are available to take delivery of your order on your chosen date. You will be charged a redelivery fee if you miss your courier.
Please note that the couriers are only obliged to deliver to your ground floor entrance. They will not assemble any items unless requested and agreed prior to purchase.
